Who is eligible to apply for benefits?

Benefit-eligible members, and depending on the product, spouses and children. Limitations apply. Please refer to the specific product information for details.  

How long will it take to receive my coverage?

In most cases, once we receive your application, you will receive your Certificate of Insurance between 6-8 weeks. Depending on the type of coverage you are requesting, an underwriter may require medical information. Doing so in a timely matter will help speed up the process.

How can I get help when I can't find it online?

When you need help, contact your employer's benefits representative.
